Well I just love this place !!! My sister has recently introduced me to the restaurant, and I have been coming every week for the past month . I can not get enough of the panko crusted goat cheese ball . It is seriously heaven in my mouth !!!! I love the atmosphere also. Last Sunday I was there , and we were in the dining room area and we had this lady with an accent . I cannot remember her name Mona maybe ? Well she did amazing . I guess there was a no show that day ( p.s I am a server , and if you hire me , i wouldn't do that , I would love to work here !) .... Anyways she had this party of let's say like ten right down the middle of the dining room, and literally every booth as well . People started piling in, she was on her own. And as a server myself, of course I am secretly stressing out for her on the inside . This little boy caused her to spill a drink on the table , and then he proceeded to ask her why she put so much ice in his drink . She kept her cool and was very classy . I give her mad props !!! Not only did she have a smile on her face , she also was able to run every single drink and food order herself, I guess due to the lack of a no show . I don't know, either way she killed it !!!
Today I was there again with my boyfriend . We have a lovely server as well with purplely red hair . The food there is so good. My boyfriend is Italian, and he loves to eat haha, but he even said when we got home that this is now his new favorite place to eat. Our meals were so fresh and full of flavor . I can't wait until the patio opens up !!!

The staff was very welcoming and real... not fake and over-the-top. The food and beer were excellent.
I love Borealis! It's one of my favorite restaurants in Guelph. The food is delicious. Everything, and I mean everything, I've had from there is soooo yummy, especially the butternut squash ravioli � the service is always fantastic as well. This place will not disappoint, I promise!!
